Jon,

Phase 2 will begin next spring and I cannot wait to see the finished product.  Your team of skilled workers did such a great job with our rear building.  Our family and friends will never know the amount of work that went into that phase one.  You literally had to hold up the building while rebuilding the entire infrastructure: new walls, sub floors, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, new garages, and drainage.  The conversion of the 5 carriage houses into 4 real garages turned out phenomenal,  all while saving our pavers and then repaving the drive way.

Our tenants and I were amazed at the level of professional integrity and concern that you and your staff had for our understanding of how the work would flow and what we could expect at every step.  You kept us involved even though Jay and I were in Ft. Lauderdale during the entire project.  With your emails, phone calls, and great photos we felt very aware of the progress at every stage.  Your detailed communication was instrumental in my being able to chronical the work, follow the work orders, and apply the payments for accounting purposes.

From the beginning you were open and detailed and to this day your involvement in our project had continued.  We thank you and your honesty, professionalism, and integrity.  We look forward to beginning our next phase, the MAIN HOUSE!
